Classical V-Belts are endless belts used in a wide range of applications. These classical v belts have technically good design and are economical for most ordinary drives. Our v belts are anti-static, oil and heat resistant and can be used in applications where belt linear speeds do not exceed 30 meters/sec. Classical V-Belts and Rubber V Belts come as pre set and fully comply with IS 2494 (Part 1) quality certification standards. Their exceptional operational reliability is the result of the use of high-quality HMLS Polyester cord and Chloroprene in its rubber jacket fabric.

Narrow V Belts

Narrow V Belts

Narrow V-Belts are especially suitable for drives with high belt speeds and are used in industrial and agricultural machinery. Since they need up to 50% smaller pulley widths than classical sections, this allows for a substantial size reduction in drives. Since most new drives these days use universal pulleys, the industrial v belts can in most cases be replaced with a narrow v belts, thereby achieving better power transmission efficiency that eventually results in a longer belt life.

HI-TECH Narrow V-Belts are resistant to temperature and oil and they are antistatic. The belt core, made of high-quality HMLS polyester cord and comprising the rubber compression zone, is resistant to intensive compressions and heat stresses while the power transmitting and cord is wrapped in Chloroprene rubber impregnated fabric cover which provides both protection against external influences and uniform friction against the pulleys. Our Narrow Belt, Rubber Belt and Rubber V Belts are tolerance-stable manufactured and checked to comply with such exacting length tolerances that the belts can be used in preset without sorting.

We offer POWERBAND (Banded belts) to our clients.

Because of their band construction, these belts tend to prevent rollover and reduce vibration tendencies. Banded belts are usually better suited to unusual drive situations than matched belt sets.

Market Applications:

 

Banded belts are made by joining Classical, Wedge or Narrow sections belts. Each band may require a different number of belts depending upon the drive condition. Main applications of these banded belts are on drives of severe vibrations or vertical shaft drives or agricultural drives. These belts are used in crushers, Compressors, Generator sets, Harvester Machines, Pumps etc.

HI-TECH Hexagonal Belt is specially designed for convoluted and serpentine belt drive paths with reverse bends. The sudden direction changes in belt travel put unique stresses and demands on the belt carcas and structure and such loads are reliably handled by these anti-static and oil-resistant belts.

HI-TECH Hexagonal Belts have been designed with a new cross-section that keeps the belt perfectly aligned, both laterally and longitudinally, in the pulley groove. These hexagonal v belts use a high-quality Polyester tensile member as its core and chloroprene is used in insulation rubber and is impregnated in the specially woven covering cloth.

Power Transmission Belts

Power Transmission Belts

V-belts are amongst the most reliable and trouble free means of power transmission. However, these drive belts require periodic inspection and maintenance, both while the drive is running and while it is stationary. 

Instruction:


  • Check the tension after certain time
  • Protect your belt from sunlight through guard
  • If any belt of the set fails, replace complete set


In addition to above-mentioned measures, for the proper maintenance of drive, it is recommended that always use a proper pulley, either of the recommended size or standard pulley. Make sure that pulley is quality certified and have proper grooves. It is also recommended that always use a dynamically balanced pulley.

V Belts are manufactured from specially tanned flexible chrome leather/ imported synthetic rubber and high tensile uniaxially oriented polyamide sheets. The uniaxially oriented polyamide sheets which form the core layer provide very high tensile strength coupled with high elasticity and high flexibility to IBC belts. Synchronous Belts operate on a basic principal: moulded teeth of the belt and corresponding mating grooves of the pulley make for positive engagement. The teeth enter and leave the pulley in a smooth rolling manner with low friction and zero slip. Synchronous drives represent a modern and efficient system of power transmission. They essentially combine the advantages of a mechanical drive and flexible components (like - chain drives etc.) while eliminating the inherent disadvantages of both. We exports wide range of synchronous belts, industrial synchronous belts and rubber synchronous belt.

Timing Belts offer higher efficiency to the drive, enabling higher power transmission capacity. These timing belts and synchronous belts exhibit low elongation and heat shrinkage while providing higher transmission speed ratio. The low elongation under load is attributable to the strong Fiber Glass tensile cord, which also provides for excellent flexibility.
